Both are located on the Malecon (R.E.Melgar) and offer nice ocean views from the 2nd floor. You will want to be seated outside on the balcony to enjoy the experience. One is the Asian restaurant Chi and the other one is the MUSEO. On a claer and sunny day you can even look all the way to Playa del Carmen on the mainland.

A local Salsa Band is playing every Sunday on this plaza, no cover, the band plays for free and all the Cozumelenians are dancing.
